Terms of Use

• Airtime to cash: you send Safaricom or Airtel airtime to our receiving number, and we pay you M-Pesa cash at the rate shown in the app at the time.
• Discounted packages: we list data, minutes and SMS bundles. You buy them by paying our Till or Paybill on M-Pesa, and the package is delivered automatically.

The payout percentage, minimum and maximum amounts are shown in the app and can change. The rate that applies is the one shown when you submit the conversion. Network charges, if any, are set by the network.

• Enter the correct phone numbers. Airtime already sent to a wrong number, and payouts to a wrong M-Pesa number, may not be recoverable.
• Only convert airtime that belongs to you, and do not use the service for fraud, money laundering or anything unlawful.
• Keep your PINs private. We never ask for your M-Pesa or airtime PIN.

A payout is sent after we have confirmed that your airtime arrived. Confirmation can take a few minutes on some networks. If a transfer fails or is reversed by the network, no payout is made. We may hold or refuse a conversion that looks suspicious or exceeds our limits, and will explain why if you contact us.

We work to keep the service running, but networks, M-Pesa and our providers can be unavailable. We may pause conversions or offers at any time.

SpeedNet Credo is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Safaricom, Airtel or M-PESA. Those names belong to their owners.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by wrong numbers you entered, network or M-Pesa outages, or events outside our control. Nothing here limits rights you have under Kenyan consumer law. These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
